Introduction

The Word of God is our guide book for living in today’s world. All of us get caught up with trying to get by in this life but forgetting to use God’s Word to guide us. Introduction On July 19, 2016, my sweet daughter Jennifer taught me the basics of using Facebook. I played around with it before, but never really understood how to use it wisely. Now I’m loving it and know it can be used wisely for the teaching and instructing using God’s Word to, hopefully, benefit my Facebook “friends”.

On July 23, 2016, I decided to start posting daily bible verses to my “friends”. Today, August 17, 2016, I started collecting and journaling them in this paper so I and perhaps someone else might want to use them for encouragement in living life for the Lord. Why did I start doing this at this time? On July 22 we got a phone call that after some medical tests we found out that Lois, my sweetheart and wife of over 51 years, has Lymphoma Cancer. A few days later we found out that a lymph node in her groin area is aggressive cancer. She started taking Chemo on August 9, 2016.

We are fully trusting the Lord and expecting God’s good and great blessings. Why? Because, Romans 8:28 tells us “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”. This experience we are having inspired me to start posting inspirational messages, not just to my Facebook “friends”, but mainly for me as I

This experience we are having inspired me to start posting inspirational messages, not just to my Facebook “friends”, but mainly for me as I meditate on God’s Word. This book is my postings and later I started adding tidbits of instruction and insights. As a teacher of the Word of God, I am always concerned about ways to disciple new and even weak Christians…I’m finding this to be a wonderful way to do that and thank the Lord for giving me this gift.

The first few postings were not from the book of Psalms, but I decided to leave them in since they have wonderful messages. August 2016 the Lord impressed on me to start posting from the book of Psalms after some morning bible reading. I pray all the postings will be a blessing to you…They have been such a blessing to me. – Chuck Pace

July 2016, July 23 at 1:57 pm.  Our verse for today: Isaiah 41:10, Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

July 24 at 8:43 am.  Our verse for today…one of my favorites… Romans 8:28, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Jesus is Lord I am going to heaven when I die and know it. I don’t hope I am, I KNOW I am. How? The Bible tells me so. 1 John 5:13 says, These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may KNOW that ye have eternal life.

Jesus is Lord. I am going to heaven when I die and know it. I don’t hope I am, I KNOW I am. How? The Bible tells me so. 1 John 5:13 says, These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may KNOW that ye have eternal life and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. Do you only hope you are going to heaven? Do you want to know for sure you are? In your own simple way pray this short prayer asking Jesus to save you now:

Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I need your salvation. I am so sorry for my sins and ask you to forgive me. I know and believe that you died for me and rose from the grave and I ask you to save me now. I invite you into my heart right now, and I want to know for sure I will go to heaven when I die. Thank you for saving my soul.

If you prayed that prayer and really meant it, the Bible says you are saved and you now know you are going to heaven. Find a Bible believing, teaching church and begin your life in Christ.
